Year’s Resolutions? Looking to get in shape this summer? If your
doctor is prescribing more exercise, but you can’t stand the thought of
aerobics, try Cardio Raqs! These classes focus on keeping students moving
and shaking with some basic bellydance moves and fun combinations, while
toning and strengthening the core muscle groups – abs, glutes, and thighs.
These low-impact aerobics-type classes are beginner-level classes, designed
so that anyone can drop in at anytime and be dancing by the end of class,
even if you’ve never taken a dance class in your life!
With ‘Cardio Raqs!’ classes, there’s
never been a better opportunity to lose weight and get in shape while having
fun dancing to fun world beats! If you’re bored with your regular workout,
then these classes are for you!
